Commissions require a 50% deposit before I begin drawing. I usually draw out the block first and get your approval before I begin carving. I carve, print and paint your original work by hand.

Custom Hand-Carved & Painted Originals

• The Signature Commission ($400): A one-of-a-kind 8x10 original. I draw, carve, print, and hand-paint this piece specifically for you.

• The "Reproduction" Discount: If you allow me to retain the rights to turn your design into a line of greeting cards for my shop, I offer a reduced rate on the original commission. (Contact me for a custom quote!)

• Multiple Print Discount: If you would like more than one hand-painted print from your custom carving (for gifts or family), the "per-print" price drops significantly after the first original.

I generally complete commissions within one month, though depending on my current volume, it can take up to two months from start to finish. Once you approve that drawing, the carving and painting phase begins!

My goal is to have your custom order completed by May 1, well before I transition to my summer show season."
